It’s heading into Fall and fresh berry season is ending but you can still enjoy a healthy smoothie all year round with the help of frozen berries. Here is Chris’ smoothie recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Frozen mixed berries (blue, black, straw, and raspberries)
- 1 scoop Whey Protein
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp powdered PB2 peanut butter
- almond milk – add as much as you want to make as thick as you want
Possible Additions:
- Whey protein
- Collagen
- Banana
- Pumpkin seeds or pistachios for extra crunch
