I inspire women who are on the verge of retirement to cultivate self-care practices so that they are free enjoy an easeful aging journey. As you adventure into a new phase of your life, you need to embrace a new identity. Your identity is not what you do, it’s who you are.

I offer programs that inspire and enable you to practice daily habits that are in sync with nature. Daily habits like when and how you eat, when you go to bed, how you start the day and how you move your bodies are the essence of easeful aging. You don’t have to resist, instead you relax into the flow.

Why would you want to get to know me? What makes me unique? I’ve got the credentials and experience: PhD. in Exercise Physiology, 20+ years developing and coaching programs to uncover the WHY, HOW and WHAT of health behavior change, Certified Health Coach, 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Qi Gong Teacher Trainee. But probably more important, more meaningful…I can relate.

I have experienced overwhelm and stagnation often over the past 10+ years. Something was missing and I wasn’t able to figure out what it was and how to find it, that is until I committed to evolving my daily routines. In just 12 weeks, I was able to make simple shifts in my habits with the help of her structured program. I only wish I had this program 10 years ago!

Some of these habits are quick and only add a few minutes to the day’s routine. But they all have helped me stop and breathe, further reinforcing the response to things that happen rather than always reacting.

Other methods have tried to bring myself to a healthier place have not been comprehensive and as a result they haven’t really aligned with my values. S.E.E. Your Wellbeing is integrated for physical, mental and spiritual health. Joining a gym or starting a diet never did it for me before– it was too lonely or expectations seem too high considering where I was starting. Having the small and steady steps forward, the compassionate support of others, and understanding “habit science” is critical to this program.  S.E.E. Your Wellbeing provides a chart and companionship on the journey.
