LauraJo Richins is a dedicated Female Empowerment Specialist and Transformologist® with a corporate finance and administration background. Having embraced her own transformative journey a few years ago, she left a high-paying job to follow a profound inner calling, focusing on guiding female entrepreneurs through their own personal adventure of self-discovery.

Her work centers on helping women overcome self-doubt, worthiness beliefs, old emotional patterns, and stress responses, fostering a deep connection with their true selves. Embracing the power of personal alignment, she encourages women to trust their inner wisdom, envisioning a world where they confidently show up as their authentic selves, free from people-pleasing and external expectations.

Beyond her professional journey, LauraJo has 5 beautiful adult children and now has the joy of being a grandmother to 3, with more on the way. She has been married to her husband for 41 years.

As a 5/1 Mental Projector in Human Design, LauraJo recognizes the value of delegation and collaboration, emphasizing the unique strengths each woman brings to the table.
