Heart Break.
Songs, movies, books, and advice columns have been dedicated to it. You even die of a broken heart.
Recently, an astrologer wrote about the moon and how it impacts a person, depending upon the sign it’s in; her comment regarding a Pisces moon was “these people have their hearts broken”. Similarly, this is my moon, and it was as if I was being told I’d never be happy in love!
“The intimacy and connection you need, want, or desire, has no way to fill your heart!”
Broken Implies Something Unwanted Happened And Needs To Be Fixed:
Something broken can’t hold anything, can it? Like a sieve, it empties quickly. In the case of a broken heart, it’s as if won’t ever hold love, unless put back together. However, there’s also the assumption, you’ll never be loved again.
There’s A Bigger Problem Lurking!
If you put a shell around your heart, to protect you from ever having it broken again, this shell is going to deflect love that comes your way. It may keep you from being vulnerable and open to receive. As a result, the intimacy and connection you need, want, or desire, has no way to fill your heart!
But is that what you really want?
What If A Broken Heart Is Really One That’s Been Cracked Open?
A heart that’s been cracked open can expand, allowing love to flow in more deeply.
Consider the times you’ve been in love and it didn’t work out. In addition, what if it really was an opportunity, whether you took it or not, for your heart to crack open? An opportunity for you to experience love and intimacy of all kinds, beyond what your heart had known before?
Imagine that!
“This expansiveness creates the possibility of deep intimacy, vulnerability, joy, connection.”
What If Love, And Being In Love, Was A Means Of Awakening Your Heart?
A heart opened, is a heart awakened! Notice how this changes the assumption that a broken heart is something negative to be avoided!
Having your heart awakened expands your capacity to feel love, and be loved. This expansiveness creates the possibility of deep intimacy, vulnerability, joy, connection.
Your Inner Aphrodite Requires An Awakened Heart!
What keeps your heart guarded are your past experiences. Therefore, what you might not realize is, very early experiences, ones the conscious mind is unaware of, are at the heart of the matter.
It’s the subconscious mind that’s aware, and hypnosis is a tool to access it. The subconscious mind is where to go to heal the fears and live with an awakened heart, one filled with love!
