Knowing how to wear prints during menopause can feel like one of fashion’s great mysteries, especially when our bodies are shifting, and our confidence sometimes takes a hit. But girlfriend, I’m here to tell you that not only can you wear prints, you can make them your boldest fashion BFF.

Busting The Biggest Print Myths For Women Over 50:

There are two major myths that need to be retired:

  1. Women over 40 shouldn’t wear prints.
  2. Prints make you look bigger.

Let’s tackle the first one. Who decided we’re supposed to fade into the background after 40? Not me. And if you’re here, I’m guessing not you either. Wearing print is one of the most joyful, expressive style tools we have and it’s absolutely made for women who want to stand out, not shrink back.

Now about that second myth, prints only make you look bigger when you wear them in shapeless, sack-like clothes. The truth is, a well-cut print garment can disguise a menopause belly, draw attention to your best features, and boost your confidence like no solid-colored outfit ever could.

Forget the outdated advice about matching print size to body size. What actually matters more?
