We at Kuel Life, HEAR YOU.
Excited to share this week’s Reel Talk Tuesdays: Chantal – Unearthing And Connecting
“This video diary is about connecting and reconnecting parts of myself, my history, my values and presenting them in the power of my expression, dance and spoken word. And tuning all of that in nature moment to moment.
I think reflecting on some of the more challenging parts of my life and how each of those times provided a springboard to self exploration opens up a huge field of interest to pursue deeper truths. From the loss of material possessions as a child to wanting to connect to the “what’s real here” I went on a journey of science, geography and trusted relationships. Those challenging moments have taken me on a journey to explore my own self empowerment and owning my value and my unique ways in the world. And, now for the past five years I have been helping women with their public speaking journey.” – Chantal
