Fashion Fridays, Kuel Life Thought Leader: Tracy Gold
Do you want to wear color, but you aren’t sure where to start?
Spring is right around the corner. And, who doesn’t love some color as the flowers bloom? This Fashion Friday focuses on an easy method to help you find your most flattering colors this Spring.
“Drape the clothing item in shade number one over your one shoulder and down your front and shade number two on the other side.”
Three Easy Ways To Find Your Best Colors:
- Start by wearing a color you know works for you. This may be a color that gets you compliments every time you wear it. Pay attention to how your under eye and cheek look when you wear this color. Your eyes will probably look bright and your complexion will look rosy.
- Take a color you want to wear, but aren’t sure about. Choose a few different shades of the same color (as seen in the video). Drape the clothing item in shade number one over your one shoulder and down your front and shade number two on the other side. Now, look at the difference between the under eye and cheek on both sides of your face. The shade that makes your face look brighter and fresher is the right shade for you.
- If the difference between the two shades is slight, you probably can wear both shades.
In this video, Tracy takes you shopping with her to show you how she helps her clients find their best colors. Even though this video was shot pre-mask mandates, you can use these same methods at home.
