Here's a quick 10-minute workout you can do while you're outside enjoying the fall weather! 😉 Make sure to start with a 1-minute warm up of your choice (jumping jacks, butt kickers, a quick jog around the block). Perform each exercise fo 45 seconds, followed by a 15 second rest for TWO rounds!!
