1. Same Color Boots:
Wearing the same color boots and tights as your outfit will elongate your look. And… it doesn’t have to be all black (although that’s fine too). To move away from all black, you can choose a key color in your wardrobe and invest in boots and tights in the same color.
2. Over The Knee Boots:
Wear over the knee boots. Yes! Women over 50 CAN wear over the knee boots and they can make your legs appear so much longer.
3. Ankle Boots:
Ankle boots can make you look shorter depending on how you wear them. If you wear a dress or skirt that sits below your knee or calf length, pairing it with an ankle boot can make you appear shorter. If you are comfortable showing your legs, wear dresses and skirts on or above the knee instead or opt for a longer boot instead of an ankle boot.
4. Chunky Boots:
Chunky boots are on trend this season and yes, you can wear them if they represent your personal style. I also find that chunky style boots are comfortable even when they have high heels, offering you extra height without the pain.
